ASIGNACI\u00d3N OFICIAL DE CURSOS EN L\u00cdNEA, POR MEDIO DE LA PLATAFORMA WEB DE CONTROL ACAD\u00c9MICO, \u00da<\/span><\/strong><\/span>NICAMENTE PARA ESTUDIANTES DEL CENTRO UNIVERSITARIO DE JUTIAPA -JUSAC- EN LAS DIFERENTES CARRERAS QUE SE IMPARTEN<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

A partir del s\u00e1bado 25 de enero hasta el domingo 02 de febrero de 2025,<\/strong><\/span> todos los y las estudiantes oficialmente inscritos para el ciclo acad\u00e9mico 2025 de primer ingreso y de reingreso en las diferentes carreras de este centro universitario de Jutiapa, que est\u00e9n actualmente activos recibiendo clases virtuales y acumulando puntos de zona por medio de nuestra plataforma virtual -RADD-, podr\u00e1n realizar la asignaci\u00f3n oficial de cursos completamente en l\u00ednea, a trav\u00e9s de nuestra nueva plataforma WEB de Control Acad\u00e9mico.<\/span><\/p>

REQUISITOS PREVIOS E <\/strong><\/span>IMPORTANTES QUE SE DEBEN TOMAR MUY EN CUENTA PARA LA CORRECTA<\/strong><\/span> ASIGNACI\u00d3N OFICIAL DE CURSOS EN L\u00cdNEA:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>

-LOS ESTUDIANTES QUE REQUIERAN ASIGNARSE CURSOS EN LINEA OBLIGATORIAMENTE DEBEN ESTAR INSCRITOS DE MANERA OFICIAL PARA EL ACTUAL CICLO ACAD\u00c9MICO 2024,<\/span>\u00a0POR MEDIO DEL PAGO DE<\/span> LA MATRICULA ESTUDIANTIL ANUAL,<\/span> PARA ESTUDIANTES DE PRIMER INGRESO EL COSTO ES DE\u00a0 Q101.00, PARA ESTUDIANTES DE REINGRESO EL COSTO ES DE Q91.00. MAYORMENTE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE REINGRESO DEBEN DE ASEGURARSE QUE, PARA ASIGNARSE OFICIALMENTE ALGUNOS DE LOS CURSOS DE LA CARRERA DEBE CONTAR CON LOS PRERREQUISITOS DE LOS CURSOS ESTABLECIDOS APROBADOS PREVIAMENTE<\/span><\/span> EN CADA UNA DE NUESTRAS CARRERAS PARA PODER ASIGN\u00c1RSELOS EN LA PLATAFORMA DE CONTROL ACAD\u00c9MICO,<\/span> DE LO CONTRARIO NO SE LE MOSTRAR\u00c1N EN PANTALLA EL O LOS CURSO(S) PARA SELECCIONARLO(S) Y\u00a0 AS\u00cd POD\u00c9RSELO(S) ASIGNAR.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

-MAYORMENTE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE REINGRESO DEBEN DE ASEGURARSE QUE, PARA ASIGNARSE OFICIALMENTE ALGUNOS DE LOS CURSOS DE LA CARRERA NO DEBEN EXISTIR TRASLAPES DE HORARIOS, ES DECIR QUE NO PUEDEN CURSAR O RECIBIR 02 CURSOS DIFERENTES AL MISMO TIEMPO, DE LA MISMA O CARRERA, EL MISMO D\u00cdA Y EN EL MISMO PLAN U HORARIO, <\/span><\/span>DE LO CONTRARIO NO SE LE MOSTRAR\u00c1N EN PANTALLA EL O LOS CURSO(S) PARA SELECCIONARLO(S) Y AS\u00cd POD\u00c9RSELO(S) ASIGNAR.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

-LOS ESTUDIANTES QUE ACTUALMENTE CUENTEN CON CARRERA SIMULTANEA<\/span> Y REQUIERAN ASIGNARSE CURSOS EN LAS DOS CARRERAS EN LINEA, PUEDEN ASIGNARSE TODOS LOS CURSOS DE LAS AMBAS CARRERAS EN ESTE MISMO PROCESO, debiendo respetar y seleccionar cuidadosamente la carrera, el horario, el curso, el nombre del docente y secci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>

PARA REALIZAR ESTE PROCESO PREFERIBLEMENTE UTILIZAR COMPUTADORA DE ESCRITORIO O PORT\u00c1TIL, EVITE UTILIZAR TABLET O CELULAR<\/span> YA QUE ALGUNOS NAVEGADORES DE CELULARES O TABLETS SON INCOMPATIBLES CON NUESTRA PLATAFORMA WEB DE CONTROL ACAD\u00c9MICO, PROVOCANDO ERRORES Y QUEJAS<\/span> DURANTE ESTE PROCESO\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

OPCI\u00d3N 02: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>si no es la primera vez que ingresa a la plataforma de control acad\u00e9mico, entonces debe ingresar colocando:<\/span> \u00abSU N\u00daMERO DE REGISTRO ACAD\u00c9MICO COMPLETO (N\u00daMERO DE CARN\u00c9 ESTUDIANTIL)<\/span> y la contrase\u00f1a que ya personaliz\u00f3<\/span> cuando ingres\u00f3 <\/span><\/strong><\/span>anteriormente\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>a esta plataforma<\/span> para solicitar su certificaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0de cursos aprobados\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>
En caso de olvidar su contrase\u00f1a <\/span><\/strong>y no pueda ingresar a la plataforma de control acad\u00e9mico<\/span><\/strong>, env\u00ede<\/b><\/span> un mensaje en el icono verde y redondo de whatsapp<\/span> ubicado en la parte inferior\u00a0derecha<\/b> para que el<\/span><\/strong> encargado de Control Acad\u00e9mico le reinicie su contrase\u00f1a;<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0es decir, volver a utilizar su n\u00famero de registro acad\u00e9mico (N\u00daMERO DE CARN\u00c9 ESTUDIANTIL) en ambas casillas de usuario y contrase\u00f1a).<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

2. <\/span><\/strong>Una vez ingresado al Sistema, <\/span>si es la primera vez que lo hace, de preferencia y por su seguridad cambie y personalice\u00a0 su CONTRASE\u00d1A de acceso<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, seleccionando primero en el men\u00fa superior la opci\u00f3n \u00abMi Perfil\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

\u00abSI EL ESTUDIANTE YA CAMBI\u00d3 Y PERSONALIZ\u00d3 SU CONTRASE\u00d1A<\/span> EN OCASIONES ANTERIORES, YA NO ES NECESARIO CAMBIARLA O PERSONALIZARLA DE NUEVO, POR LO ANTERIOR, PROSIGA CON EL PASO NO. 4″<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

\u00aben este paso, a algun@s estudiantes les aparecer\u00e1 enlistado dos veces el nombre del curso, <\/span>pues uno corresponde a la secci\u00f3n \u00abA\u00bb y el otro a la secci\u00f3n \u00abB\u00bb.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>
por lo anterior, el(la) estudiante debe de respetar, leer y seleccionar correctamente el curso, la secci\u00f3n y el docente en el cual <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>esta recibiendo clases presenciales<\/strong><\/span>, pues es en esa secci\u00f3n, en donde el docente del curso le ingresar\u00e1 los puntos obtenidos y acumulados de zona al estudiante\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

7.<\/strong><\/span> Luego de ubicar perfectamente<\/span> <\/span>EL O LOS CURSOS QUE REQUIERE ASIGNARSE<\/span><\/strong> d\u00e9 clic cuidadosamente\u00a0 y sin prisa en cada uno de los<\/span>\u00a0botones<\/b>\u00a0verdes \u00ab<\/b><\/span><\/span>ASIGNAR\u00bb <\/span><\/strong><\/p>

seguidamente por cada uno de los cursos que se vaya asignando, aparecer\u00e1 un recuadro peque\u00f1o con el <\/strong><\/span><\/span>AVISO DE:<\/strong><\/span> LA ASIGNACI\u00d3N SE HA CREADO CON \u00c9XITO, debiendo dar clic en el <\/span><\/b>bot\u00f3n<\/b> OK<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

posteriormente en la parte media y mas baja de la p\u00e1gina, se mostrar\u00e1 nuevamente otro recuadro con \u00ablos<\/strong><\/span> CURSOS SELECCIONADOS Y OFICIALMENTE ASIGNADOS\u00bb, <\/strong>detallando lo siguiente:<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>

-LA SECCI\u00d3N (EN LA QUE ACTUALMENTE ESTA RECIBIENDO CLASES: SECCI\u00d3N A, SECCI\u00d3N B O SECCI\u00d3N \u00daNICA)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h6>
-EL HORARIO EN EL CUAL RECIBE CLASES DEL CURSO.<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>

8. <\/span><\/strong>ya seleccionados correctamente los cursos que va a asignarse para el actual ciclo acad\u00e9mico,<\/span> nuevamente\u00a0revise sin prisa las veces que sea necesario, si realiz\u00f3 la correcta selecci\u00f3n de los cursos<\/span> y habiendo respetado el nombre de la carrera, la secci\u00f3n y horario de los mismos.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Si por descuido o por equivocaci\u00f3n el estudiante seleccion\u00f3 y agreg\u00f3 mal alg\u00fan curso, secci\u00f3n u horario de clases en la cual no esta matriculado en la plataforma virtual -RADD-<\/span>, para borrar la incorrecta asignaci\u00f3n, simplemente de clic al <\/span>bot\u00f3n\u00a0rojo \u00abELIMINAR\u00bb<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>

9.<\/span><\/strong> para finalizar con el proceso de asignaci\u00f3n y habiendo revisados nueva y correctamente los cursos, ahora busque<\/span> el lado derecho del titulo llamado<\/span> \u00abCURSOS ASIGNADOS\u00bb<\/strong><\/span> y presione<\/span> el bot\u00f3n color naranja \u00abIMPRIMIR CONSTANCIA DE ASIGNACI\u00d3N\u00bb<\/span><\/strong> para generar en formato PDF e<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0IMPRIMIR la constancia en <\/strong>donde aparezcan enlistados todos los cursos que se acaba de asignar, <\/b>como la <\/b><\/span>\u00fanica<\/b><\/span> constancia y evidencia de haberla realizado con <\/b><\/span>\u00e9xito<\/b>.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
